If you are struggling...

If you are finding things difficult, you are always welcome to talk to me about increasing the frequency of your sessions to support you through a challenging time. However, as a sole practitioner, I can’t provide emergency or same-day sessions.

While I can offer you grounded, holistic support for wellbeing, I am not a mental health professional and don't provide crisis intervention or acute mental health care. However, there are trained and compassionate people - and safe places - you can turn to, day or night, when things feel overwhelming.

We all experience difficult times, and what feels like a crisis can vary from person to person. You may need extra support if you’re:

  • Feeling like you're at the edge

  • Having thoughts of harming yourself or struggling to stay safe

  • Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or out of control

  • Unsure how to keep going, or what to do next

If any of this feels true for you - or for someone you know - please know that it’s okay to ask for help. We’re not meant to carry everything alone. Consider using the resources below to get the support you need, as soon as possible.

If you’re going through a time that feels too heavy to hold on your own, I want to gently remind you: you are not alone.

Can you reach out to someone you trust?

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is speak what’s on our mind to someone we know. If it feels possible, consider reaching out to:

  • A trusted friend

  • A family member

  • A supportive person in your community, like a mentor or teacher

And if you don’t have those people in your life right now, you can still find help. Many of the helplines above are here to listen when no one else feels reachable. You are still worthy of being supported.
